"At the recent Open House, on camera, Vince Molinaro reportedly stated that He and Mostacci had worked on a project in Stoney Creek. Since a local woman was threatened with a lawsuit for writing something similar to that in a Letter to the Editor. She has since been forced to write a retraction. Mostacci has threaened me with a lawsuit and demnded retractions from at least two newspaper, saying he was misquoted regarding statements he made," Sharon Bowers wrote on Jan. 17.
TV Cogeco begs to differ about what Molinaro said.
Watch her defend herself by referring to "reportedly stated."

The question of course is, what reasonable effort did Sharon take to ensure what was "reportedly" reported to her. Was she there? I saw Ann-Marie Noyes running into the shot, but not Sharon. Did she watch the show? She's got cable and absolutely nothing else to do all day.
Or, did she present as fact a fiction of her own imagination in order to bring someone into disrepute?

This is all so predictable.
A topic comes up, Sharon reacts to it in a negative way, and twists things around, and LIES, and puts her own OPINIONS as fact, and the few followers she has get all in a tizzy.
Lake Erie has a south shore ..... go screw that up Editor. OOPS ....too late ..... it's already screwed up.
Really, is there any question... someone should be paying her big bucks. The money she should be raking in for the works of fantasy that she writes is staggering... Fantasy genre is exremely popular righ now! Millions I would think, perhaps we should all get together and try to get a publisher and some great illustrator to come up with the cover. I can just see it now, a full cover of her, of course she is a human weasel hybrid character, with Ann-Marie, Papadakis, and Tom Lewis in the back, Pinocchio like marionette characters (with strings still attached). She might make enough money to get her the hell away from our piece of paradise and let her go torment some small reclusive U.S. town where she can be as self-important and delusional as she likes!
OK folks here is my take on this Bay Beach stuff.I don't think this is about a 12 storey tower as they call it.First of all,12 storeys doesn't make a tower in any stretch of the imagination, even in little Crystal Beach.I think the propaganda machine is actually working in reverse.Follow me on this,if you don't want to see anymore public beach lands make it about a "public",fight for "public" rights. It is working,to some extent. Some believe that we will lose our beach to private developers.I say nonsense, pure propaganda from a different perspective. The real powers to be in that area are wealthy summer residents that somehow swindled the town to give them rights to our waterfront.Bought and paid for a long time ago, probably for peanuts.Today stands a proposal that will ensure "public"access and encourage more waterfront acquisition. The "Town"has made it clear that any adjacent property owners can eventually rezone their properties for development but MUST give up their beachfront as a necessary trade-off.Great for the community, not great for the "private"summer residents that resent the fact that they must endure a potential takeover.Yes people, this isn't about losing a tiny part of our "public beach"parking lot,it is about retaking our waterfront, one property at a time. Can you finally understand the real undertaking here or would you rather just enjoy feeling like a sardine at Bay Beach every summer!
