Only Hope is to Plead Insanity

Information from a reliable source states that Sharon Bowers will plead insanity in the upcoming lawsuit.

Funny that you have brought up the subject of insanity, because I have been doing a comparison of the "Full Moon" cycles and the posts of the Editor. The relationship is quite revealing. But I will get to that on another post.

Similarly, I found it humourous that your last post on the previous thread read:

"Hello Bitch:

I'd be happy to post your comment if you sign it."

And through a Fatal error of the poster, the BITCH, I feel confident that I can reveal her identity accurately.

But first, I feel that I have to respond the BITCH'S comments regarding me on the Strand blog.

I am not a bootlicker, nor an idiot, nor brain dead.

Let me assure you, that my intelligence far exceeds yours.

As for who you are ...... Hmmmm.

I have followed and participated on the numerous blogs regarding our community for the past several years, and am very familiar with the discussions that had developed.

BITCH .... your post of June 13, 2010 2:59 PM contained one FATAL errors.

Quote, THE BITCH: " I now may be sued by a corrupt PUBLIC official which refuses to disclose where the taxpayers monies have gone and hides behind Mayor Homer Simpsons skirt, refuses to respond to the Councillors questions and threatens Councillors and taxpayers! So yes PLEASE follow thru with the legal threat."

Do you see it BITCH? Let me be more specific: " I NOW MAY BE SUED "

So ..... who is being sued ..... THE BITCH ...... THE EDITOR ..... SHARON BOWERS? All one in the same.

Previously, Mighty Mouth had exposed the Editor as posting anonymously on his/her blog. Now it appears that the Editor is posting on her own blog under another identity.

I guess you have to do that when no one else posts comments that agree with your agenda/opinion.

So there you have it. THE BITCH is indeed Sharon Bowers. And she called me an idiot.

Mike Cloutier said...

Sharon Bowers could have ended her forthcoming nightmare. Instead, she got the ball rolling. She publicly acknowledged receipt of a completely reasonable request to stop (that's what cease and desist means) publishing libellous statements about the EDTC (a corporation with all the legal rights of a person) and the identifiable individuals associated with it. Then she subsequently published a libellous statement.

Check and mate.

The Bitch's idea somehow that anything in this blog is relevant to Bowers' upcoming nightmare is just as retarded as Sharon Bowers herself.

Bowers has no defence. She can whine all she wants "But it's true," but she has not shown one shred of substantiation to her accusations.

Here is a detailed account, based on my 25 years of drawing a paycheque in the media business and three years of college education previous to that, about how Bowers is wrong, how the events will play out, and how she may be able to extricate herself.

(These paragraphs have been redacted because the author would not like to help Sharon Bowers in any way.)

See how easy it is.

But when Ann-Marie Noyes pipes up in council about it, Sharon will have dragged her down with her, demonstrating once again what Sharon Bowers does to people, drags them down into her sewer.

To THE BITCH,

Although you have been accused of being me, I know that you're not. However, I would like to thank you for your posts and your funny and clever observations. You really do "get it." I thought it hilarious that your post on the slander blog was rejected while Mikey and friend demanded your name. So much for anonymity. No wonder they rejected your comment. It was too witty and true for their purpose, which is to shut me down. It amazes me that they call me a liar and a number of other things but they continue to obsess on everything I post. They're the ones who seem mentally ill as they just can't bring themselves to ignore me. You rightfully noticed that they have nothing to say until I say something. Why not put out a blog that defends all these people they think are so wise and wonderful? So, I say to Mikey, Ray, Jennifer, PT Boozer and all the other "usual suspects:" I am not going away anytime soon. I will continue to expose what I believe is a corrupt local government, run by greedy fools and hopefully more people like THE BITCH will come forward and speak the truth.

Did you ever think that the walking and talking bag of shit would ever get it? Well she did. "They have nothing to say until I say something." That's the first thing she's got right in three years, the whole purpose of this blog when she suggested we start our own.

Congratulations Sharon, you are no longer nursing a shutout.

You know what the deal is Sharon ...... now how many times will that have to be repeated?

Can someone please tell me how Robert Steckley and Ann-Marie Noyes know that 95% of the residents of Fort Erie are against anything, let alone be against the Crystal Beach-Molinaro Waterfront Project? Did I miss a referendum? How can these two act of the behalf of sooo many residents? Or do they surround themselves with the same people that constantly complain about losing their beach rights? By the way, they are only a hand full!! Remember that bogus petition?it was signed by out of towners as well as locals. Can we get a councillor in Crescent Park that speaks truthfully? I'm too old for this shit!!! Can someone come out and represent us in Crescent Park, please? By the way Robert Steckley our councillor, voted against the budget once again, therefore voting against fixing our drainage problems! That's why we voted him as our representative in the first place! Stop the insanity!!!!!!!

How would Sharon Bowers know that the BITCH's post was " too witty and true " , if the post wasn't posted?

As I had posted on the previous thread, I too am curious where this data came from.

I will ask the questions again both of Councillor Noyes and John McCarthy.

First to Councillor Noyes. You stated at council: " The overwhelming majority of citizens oppose this project!"

As a servant of the public and especially as a Mayoral candidate, it is your duty to make your constituents aware of the source of this information. I know you follow these blogs. Your silence is admission of your failure to project accurate data and your retraction of your statement in council is imperative.

To John McCarthy. You have published on your blog: " What of their “due diligence” to the majority of residents that oppose this development?"

Please inform us of your source for this data.

Olives said...

Well, it appears that those promoting that "the majority of citizens are opposed to the project" fall silent when REAL questions are asked. LOSERS !!!!

Similarly, the questions were submitted on a post on the Strand but the posts were rejected.

So let me tell you were this phrase came from and more precisely the 95% figure that was questioned of Councillor Noyes and Steckley by another poster. ( I would be interested poster, of the source which these two councillors made that statement.

The data referred to by these councillors and John McCarthy came from an email sent by Marcia Carlyn on March 2, 2010.

This is an excerpt from that email that reflects the data in question:

" Thanks for your strong support! Counting up all the public comments that were submitted and adding in the proxies and petitions turned in at the Jan 25 meeting, over 95% of the public opposed the Bay Beach development project. That's a staggering number, yet the mayor and three councillors disregarded our views. Luckily, there will be an election in October and we'll have an opportunity to elect people who will listen to us and care about preserving our public parklands ... people who will work with us to find real solutions to the problems we face. Stay tuned ... this will be a critical election!"

Now ..... I can accept that John McCarthy would use this data as he has to stick with his counterparts and countrymen, but for councillors to use this data from this source and present it as FACT in council chambers is unbelievable.

Anyone ...... ANYONE with an iota of intelligence would question the accuracy of this 95% figure.

What is being implied is that of the 30,000 residents of Fort Erie, 28,500 are KNOWN to be in opposition to the project.

These numbers are fixed in the most irresponsible way.

As printed in the Niagara this Week on Mar 04, 2010 by Marcia Carlyn .... " Nearly 200 people attended the meeting at Town Hall and over 30 people gave presentations. Of the speakers, about 75 per cent opposed the project and only 25 per cent favoured it."

Yes ..... of those that spoke there may have been a 75/25 ratio. But of the 75%, the comments were identical to each other. Quality, not quantity counts.

Marcia went on to say " Counting up all the public comments that were submitted and adding in the proxies and petitions turned in at the Jan. 25 meeting, over 95 per cent of the public opposed the Bay Beach development project. That’s a staggering number, yet the mayor and three councillors disregarded our views."

Check the petitions for yourself ..... are they representative of the citizens of FORT ERIE ..... not in the slightest ..... they are from citizens of another country.

Finally, to Marcia Carlyn, Crystal Beach resident ....... I can accept that you and others pay property taxes. Those taxes provide you with services such as garbage pick up, police, fire and ambulance services, snow plowing ( even though you are not here) and numerous other services.

When you state: " Luckily, there will be an election in October and we'll have an opportunity to elect people who will listen to us and care about preserving our public parklands ... people who will work with us to find real solutions to the problems we face. Stay tuned ... this will be a critical election!" ..... you are a taxpayer .... not a CANADIAN.... you do not have an election coming up .... WE CANADIANS do. Bay Beach is CANADIAN soil..... owned by CANADIAN citizens.

And as for your Facebook page, which you have used for 95% calculations .... my random survey of the "friends" revealed that 80% were NOT CANADIANS, even one from Cambodia and one from France.

You KNOW that you figures are innacurate .... extremely. And it frustrates the hell out of mre that a Mayoral candidate would use these figures. As for you Bob Steckley ..... I expects soooo much more from you.

To know Bob is to love him. lol

It seems to me that Councillors Steckley and Noyes, bound by their obligation when sworn into office by an oath, owe the citizens of Fort Erie clarification and /or a retraction of their comments in a presentation to town council.

If they choose not to, then there has been a lot of wasted ballot s used to vote them into office and even more ballots voting against them in the upcoming election.

Isn't it ironic that the two councillors that have received glowing accolades from the other blog are infact the ones who have put out the lies, and not the ones who are slandered there. Funny ..... eh?

The tide is turning on Noyesa and Steckley. Their true colors are starting to show. Lies and more lies! Campaigning in a fish bowl with contempt will only result in failure!

This is freakin' hilarious ....

Okay, so the Editor and Papadakis go into business together. Much secrecy surrounded the venture when the Editor wrote, quote: " I have been very busy of late, getting ready to open a new business with a couple of partners. An announcement will be forthcoming very shortly. It will truly be an example of how a group of people can start a business with nothing more than a lot of smarts and a great deal of experience. We should be able to write a book after this. I look forward to seeing old friends and customers and making lots of new friends and customers."

Then she publishes on page four of her rag, " The Fire House Grill, a
restaurant I've become involved in, will be open and running by June 1. We had hoped to be open by this weekend, but the flu and other snags delayed us. The name was chosen to give a shout-out to family members and those who serve as emergency personnel. The decor will feature a lot of fire department memorabilia and will include some firehouse tested recipes along with the usual beach fare. Stoney Creek Ice Cream will be offered as well as products from local providers. We are committed to shop locally as much as possible while maintaining the highest quality available. We will also feature original, authentic Greek favourites along
with breakfast and some Canadian (real poutine) and American stand-bys. We have put a lot of thought into our menu and decor. I hope those who enjoyed the food offered when I operated "Sub World" many years ago will return."

NOW HERE IS THE KICKER .... ad posted on Kijiji on June 15th .... 2 weeks after the supposed opening.

http://stcatharines.kijiji.ca/c-jobs-bar-food-hospitality-EXPERIENCED-LINE-COOK-FOR-BUSY-RESTAURANT-IN-CRYSTAL-BEACH-W0QQAdIdZ211660293

Which reads "The Fire House Grill is looking for a mature, experienced line cook. Able to cook breakfast, use the grill and fryer. Salary would be commenserate with experience. Good people skills an asset. Must be very motivated, preferably live in Crystal Beach or have reliable transportation. Please contact Sharon @ thefirehousegrill@gmail.com"

Seems these entrepeneurs who are going to write a book about how to run a business, forgot to hire a cook.

That must be why she's had a hate-on for the concession stand the past couple months, complaining about the propane, getting into confrontations with the owner. It all makes sense.

Anonymous said...

You didn't think that Bowers ever would engage in a campaign unless it was selfishly motivated? Think about it. Not just the example of the concession stand, but her directing outward, the projection. We have her to thank for a real-time example of what has been stated in this "the slander blog."

If all goes well for these two new "entremanures" their little venture will fail, as countless others at that very location. Sure, they will blame the weather, the recession, the exchange rate, and the Molinaro's, for not buiding quick enough! lol. But seriously, would you eat there? If you can brag about your expertise on creating a menu and adding recipes from past experiences, wouldn't you cook it yourself? Do you really have to hire a "cook"? I smell a fire burning! Quick call the fire department!

Canuck said...

I hope she washes her hands after she goes for one of her "walks" on the Friendship Trail with BFF.

What blows me away is the "BUSY" restaurant thing. How long has it been open. How busy can a restaurant be when it has no cook, are still waiting for equipment while cleaning and repairing the equipment they have, and haven't even figured out the menu yet.

Yup .... that's what we expected from her new business ..... start it out with a LIE.

Olives said...

To John McCarthy.

I accept your comment on your Yellopikes non-blog that your statement indicating that the majority of residents oppose the development is infsct just your opinion, not a fact as you have previously presented it.

I can appreciate it that you have talked to a number of different people, but unless you have queried 15,001 residents and all are in opposition to the development, then your opinion is unjustified.

Further, you hit the nail on the head when you said " might it not be helpful to ask voters, before we go any further, if they support the existing plan or not?"

You are absolutely right there John. Let the people who are ELIGIBLE to vote resolve this issue.

Thank you for your response on this "majority oppose" issue John, and I anxiously await the response from the Mayoral candidate and the councillor candidate who also wrongfully presented to the public their opinon as fact.

Pappadakis does have incredible credentials in the culinary arts. He tried unsuccessfully(as usual) to operate a hot dog cart on Erie Rd. in the late 1980's. Of course his run in with the town and other tax paying restaurant owners denied him his livelyhood. I wonder if he actually went through the process in getting a permit this time? Again, another would- be candidate with an axe to grind with "The Town"!

Anonymous said...

Do ya think she will have the Mayor present to cut the ribbon at her grand opening?

Anonymous said...

She's opening up a restaurant in Crystal Beach and its not even running yet and we're coming on July.

Her business genius is exceeded only by her sense of timing.

Anonymous said...

I think this whole restaurant idea is pure genius. It will show that the north side of Erie Road is the ultimate place for development. After an incredible influx of revenue, developers will swarm to this very spot. I can't wait to see Crystal Beach flourish after pappadakis and bowers show us the way! lol.... But what will happen after they fail? Will they use the excuse that it rained or they opened too late or,or,or....This is the only part of Fort Erie that uses these excuses every time all goes wrong!

Anonymous said...

Ya mean the north side of Erie road is not the place to be? But I thought we were told that this was "the" prime spot for future development? How could we have been dooped by these honest, law abiding citizens?... Noyes and Steckley are still hammering the idea that the "majority" of residents are opposed to this new development on the southside of Erie rd. According to their remarks in "The Post" this week they admitted that they were against it from DAY ONE. They must have had a pretty busy day,on DAY ONE, cavassing all of Fort Erie. How could they reach soooo many people? Are they human? Or are they talking out of their ASS???? Keep talking, we can still smell it! LOL

Anonymous said...

It has become extremely obvious that these two councillors have been dooped, and spent their entire term opposing any kind of progressive actions in Fort Erie.

Keep it up Noyes and Steckly, and I hope you and the other naysayers get elected in and Fort Erie falls into the bowels ( no pun intended )of negativity and depression that you are promoting.

You are certainly doing your community and constituents service ...... bad service.

Whether you admit it or not, you have been influenced, and unfortunately, you will pay with your political aspirations.

Check out other blogs, and I don't mean the Strand, or Stranded. There is a blog out there the REQUIRES posters to present their true identity and the opposition to the proposal is far outweighed by the support.

Get you heads out of the noisemaker's butts and listen to the REAL public.

Anonymous said...

What is the site? I would like to post a comment about the transparency of Steckley and Noyes. Where the heck do they have the sense to proclaim such nonsense. Young editors are quick to persuade, us old-timers can see right through this sham that these two bumpkins have created! Bay Beach was bought and paid for by slot and bingo revenues! We all have our say in this issue and if we all decide to vote this coming election these two will see the "MAJORITY" first hand!
