Here's a Pathological Liar at Work

Sharon Bowers stated in her blog that the $6,500 in costs is only a small portion. "The portion charged to me is a very small portion of the overall cost, which is estimated to be well over $20,000."

Well our source said this "small portion" is actually 60% of the costs.

So how come the UnaBlogger has to lie about the size of the portion. I've found that normal people lie to protect themselves or someone they care about or to gain an advantage. What protection is there to lie about this. What advantage is there to lie about this.

It's just a lie for the sake of lying. That's pathological. Sharon Bowers is a pathological liar.

The thing is rising

Supposedly newly medicated, she's slowing rising up from the cesspool and notching up the bitterness of her bile. Sharon Bowers is buying food items in Buffalo stores, illegally importing them and selling them at her restaurant, the Fire House Grill, or Chubbies, or whatever joint on Erie Road is called this week.

Spies Among Us

Nevermind about Russian spies posing as Canadians to infiltrate the inner sanctum of power of the good ole U.S. of A., what about the Americans posing as Crystal Beach residents to influence the policy of the municipal government of Fort Erie, Canada.

I'm taken aback by Marcia Carlyn in particular who writes letters and sends emails as a "Crystal Beach resident" i.e. the Strand on ---guess what day, the good old Fourth of July, American Independence Day. But her Facebook page says her current city is Washington D.C.

Here's a question for all the American citizens who own property in Crystal Beach and who say we are losing our public beach: Will you grant the town of Fort Erie, the people of Fort Erie, the taxpayers of Fort Erie, an easement to your property for the public enjoyment? I ask that specifically of people who own waterfront and prevent public access, but I think, it might be nice if we can use their yards as well to play lawn darts, horseshoes, park our cars and drink beer. And maybe if we visit Washington, do you mind if we camp in your yard or stay in your servant's quarters.

Is This A Festering Public Health Hazard?

Her Hiney the UnaBlogger is taking potshots at the concession stand on the beach, Weekend at Bernie's. Her motivations about this became clear when she announced her involvement with a new restaurant at the corner of Erie and Schooley called the Fire Hosebag's Grill. She said Bernie's is not safe and that it hasn't been inspected by the health department since last year. In reality, the date of the last inspection was May 28, 2010 and it passed with no issues. You can find out yourself from Niagara Info Dine -- just google it. Anyway the Hosebag's Grill has NEVER been inspected.

Maybe they didn't get around to it yet, but then the moron blogger said she was laid up with the flu for a week that kept the place from opening. Hmmm. Flu is many times confused with food poisoning. The sooner Typhoid Sharon's restaurant finds its grave, the sooner the council candidate with the Greek recipes can open his campaign office.

Information from a reliable source states that Sharon Bowers will plead insanity in the upcoming lawsuit.

Does anyone know what happened to the Keep Bay Beach Lands Public website? Does anyone know what they did with the money they were collecting? This was the group with Sharon Bowers was using to save us from something. Inquiring minds want to know.

I have received a couple of links that help explain libel and slander law in Ontario. It seems that Sharon Bowers somehow is under the impression that American laws apply to her when Ontario laws are much more protective of people's reputations. It seems to me that anyone would have an open and shut case and that Sharon believes that being "impecunious" is some sort of protection.

Proving a Claim in Libel and/or Slander

In order to initiate a claim of libel or slander in an action for defamation, the allegations must prove the following:

i) The statements must be made to a third party. Where a statement has been made and no one has read it aside from the individual, organization or corporation about which the statement has been made, the statement cannot be considered libellous;

ii) The statements must be made specifically about individual, corporation or organization in question. It must be reasonably inferred that the statement that was published could reasonably be inferred to be discussing to or referring to that individual, corporation or organization.

iii) Finally, the statement made must be considered defamatory, i.e. the statement must be false and disparages the reputation of the individual, corporation or organization.

Queen Shit of Turd Island

Just can't get enough of the fact that Sharon Bowers wrote in her online diary about her and her friend being unable to contain their bowels as they go walking on the Friendship Trail and using someone's planter to drop a load.

The last thread is getting too long. Sharon is having a hard time scrolling through it on her new wide screen monitor (thanks mole). So here's another thread to start. It's open season, so post to your heart's content about anything to do with that self-described American mental case: "suitably medicated," "kicking and screaming," "I'm mad."

The biggest question of all is how does she justify her diatribes against people from the moral ground she's on.

A question: how much rent did she owe before she left in the middle of the night using a town councillor's SUV?

Another question: what is the name of her psychiatrist(s)?
