Recently I have been attacked once again regarding my life style and my profession. I am so tired of her "chit" that I am very close to filing a claim against the one and only. I just do not understand her attacks on me and the rest of the CBIA board.We do not have a hidden adgenda.. we do not have time for that. We are doing nothing wrong. I am a licenced Paralegal and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada . My # is P03030 and have had to write several exams , and pay my fee's and dues just like any other lawyer. I provide legal services to many.
I am sick and tired of her calling me the "so called or sometime paralegal"..
We need to stop this woman.

There is a section of the criminal code covering defamatory libel. There is a precedent in 1999 action person in Guelph. I don't know if it is a judicial precedent, but she told me the case went in her favour after the Crown laid a charge. I've not been able to talk to her except in brief emails. I have her number. A civil lawyer will dissuade you from pursuing this avenue, but I do believe a serious effort to convince a Crown Attorney to look at the evidence may result in charges. There are compelling issues, and I'm no slouch and I'm not a person who calls the cops or authorities over every slight. Don't go it alone. Her offences have been committed against many people.

Good day .. Jennifer Priestley 905 894 1246 . I think we need to get others involved that she has attacked. I am more then willing to file a notice of claim and follow through with these libels. I do not have any of the posts from before (about me ) only the lastest. I would like to gather more proof. How do i access this information.. thanks Jen
