Time is running out

People who have been libeled by the Unablogger have 60 days to commence an action.

To make it all legal, first write a registered letter to whatever address you have for her.

Indicate you want an unequivocal retraction and apology for the statement(s). You should quote or include a hard copy of the web page and the date you became aware of the statement.

Date your letter, sign it and send it.

Step 2: wait, but not too long.

Everybody please note:

private citizens who are held up for public ridicule have legitimate claims under the Ontario Libel and Slander Act. . . this is important

Wouldn't it be cool if she pissed off the Queen and then got busted for sedition -- she'd get run right out of the Commonwealth.

If anyone is in need of help drafting such a letter please contact JP Paralegal Services as this is what I do . I have several "letters of intent" reaady to be mailed out. I would like to advise though that you must have the "evidence" regarding your situation.

I am tried of her assult on me, on the CBIA and others. Something has to be done and if it means getting several others together to start action then so be it.. Thank you . Jennifer Priestley 905 894 1246
